Tagumpay Elementary School envisions itself to produce individuals imbued with desirable Filipino values such as confidence, perseverance, and responsibility towards himself, society and the greater cosmos, with inherent love and pride of Cultural Heritage, and equipped with basic knowledge and skills that would aid them in meeting the challenges of higher learning.
