Vision

The school shall aspire to nurture the knowledge and skills of the students as well as their spirit of excellence with traits of being “Maka-Diyos”, “Maka-Bayan” at “Maka-Tao” so as ultimately mold them to be productive and useful citizen.

Mission

Train and prepare the students for academic excellence and develop their potentials as individual with wholesome values, responsive to the weeds of community and our country as a whole.



Historical Background

              On the western periphery of the municipality of (Montalban) Rodriguez, Province of Rizal which particularly known as Brgy San Jose lies the Q.C., San Juan and Cavite Province these families have a sizeable number of student enrolled from 1st year to 4th year of about 377 students. In-as-much a public high schools in this Municipality of Rodriguez were alredy overcrowded, the accommodation passed a big problem.

              However, the local government Agencies and National Housing Authority (NTHA) in close coordination, the House Committee Resolution No. 2 series 1998 was passed for the construction of school building facilities, and there with.

              Moreover, under the Resolution No. 37 series 1999, the Montalban Heights (NTA) National High School come to being to cater to the educational needs of the said displaced families and other drop-out student from nearby schools.

              It was June 23, 29998, that the school started operate with six pioneer teachers namely Mrs. Cecil O. Alvaran, Mrs. Zosima S. Santos, Mrs. Jennie T. Peralta and Mr. Mario T. Pano, under the supervision of the designated Teacher-in-Charge Mr. Ricardo C. Vergara, who gave untiring effort to provide the community of NTA of the much needed quality education.

              The school from then was on her own: she progresses through the construction of the one administration building, canteen, multi-functional hall with 10 classrooms. in 1999, additional 5 teachers were added to the teaching stuff to meet the abrupt growth of population in the school and community. The 1st assessment of performance was based from the National Secondary Achievement Test, which was given among the 4th year students. The results gathered were as follows:

              The expansion of the school was continuously done through the combined support and follow-ups at PTA officers and members. LGU’s and NGO’s for this consideration, TIC, Mr. Ricardo C. Vergara, was promoted to Principal I in 2002.

              The school year 2002-2005, fifteen teachers were hired to augment the teaching staff due to 50% increase in student’s population ten with a total population of 1201.

              In the school year 2003-2004, there is another reshuffling of school-heads bt the Division Office, Mrs. Cristina C. Camarse, a native and resident of Montalban, was picked to be the principal of the school, now 28 teachers and 1,087 students population.

              In view of the opening of public high school in a nearly community, where all the students whose belief were in INC, have to transfer in the newly opened school called “Tagumpay National High School”.

              As present, the school has a mission to train and prepare the students for academic excellence and develop their potentials as individual with wholesome values responsive to the needs of community and our country as a whole.

              Vision, the school shall aspire to nurture the knowledge and skills of the students as well as their spirit of excellence wit traits of being “Maka-Diyos, Maka-Kalikasan, Maka-Bayan at Maka-Tao” so as to ultimately mold them to be productive and useful citizens.

              The school continuously operating and developing, through the untiring efforts of Administrators, Teachers, Students, PTA Officers and members, LGU’s and NGO’s.
